By accessing or using WiseTrip AI ("Service"), operated by WiseTrip AI ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Description of Service
WiseTrip AI provides an AI-powered travel planning and fuel risk monitoring platform. The Service includes:
- Real-time global fuel shortage risk information for flights and road trips
- AI-assisted route planning for road trips
- Flight risk assessments based on publicly available data
- A personal dashboard to save trips and manage travel preferences
The Service is provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for any travel decisions.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Free and Pro Plans
WiseTrip AI offers a Free plan with limited features (3 AI queries per day) and a Pro plan with expanded access. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as described on our Pricing page.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Paddle. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service in an automated manner
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose beyond personal travel planning
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate travel recommendations and risk assessments. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date
- You should independently verify critical travel information before making decisions
- WiseTrip AI is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content
- Always consult official government travel advisories and airline information
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of WiseTrip AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Travel risk information is provided for reference only and we make no guarantees as to its accuracy or timeliness.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiseTrip AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to travel disruptions, financial losses, or decisions made based on information provided by the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WiseTrip AI operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
