We want you to be completely satisfied with WiseTrip AI Pro.

Our commitment: If you're not satisfied with your Pro subscription within the first 14 days, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked.

1. Free Plan

WiseTrip AI offers a free tier with 3 AI queries per day. The free plan requires no payment and therefore no refund policy applies.

2. Pro Subscription — 14-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day full refund for all new Pro subscriptions (both monthly and annual). If you are not completely satisfied with your Pro subscription for any reason within the first 14 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund.

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • The request must be made by the account holder
  • The account must not have been suspended for Terms of Service violations

3. Refunds After 14 Days

After the 14-day money back guarantee period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for the following circumstances:

  • Significant service outages or technical failures lasting more than 48 hours
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Circumstances where we are required to provide a refund by applicable law

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI response quality after the 14-day guarantee period
  • Unused portions of an annual subscription after 14 days
  • Subscriptions cancelled mid-period (you retain access until the period ends)
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you retain Pro access until the period expires.

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless you are within the 14-day guarantee window.

5. Annual Plan Refunds

For annual subscriptions, the 14-day money back guarantee applies from the date of purchase. After 14 days, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remainder of the annual term. You will continue to have Pro access for the full year you paid for.

6. How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5-10 business days

7. Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax compliance, and refund disbursement. When a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method via Paddle.
